Welcome to Voya Travel ("Voya", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, telephone booking services, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or speaking with one of our travel agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Voya Travel

Voya Travel is an independent travel agency that arranges and resells vacation packages, flights, hotel accommodations, and related travel products supplied by third‑party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, ground transportation, etc.). We do not own, operate, or control any of the underlying travel suppliers.

2. Pricing & Availability

• All prices displayed on this website are in U.S. dollars (USD), are per person based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise, and include taxes and standard fees as itemized at the time of booking.
• Prices, inventory, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice and are only confirmed once full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
• Advertised "from" prices reflect the lowest available rate at time of publication for a representative date range; your final price may differ based on travel dates, occupancy, room type, and supplier availability.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings may be completed online or by telephone with one of our licensed travel consultants. Telephone bookings are recorded for quality assurance and may be confirmed by SMS or email.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a deposit option is specifically offered. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards.
• You are responsible for verifying that all traveler names, dates, destinations, and contact information match your government‑issued identification before completing payment. Name changes after ticketing may incur supplier fees or be impossible.

4. Travel Documents, Passports & Visas

It is solely your responsibility to ensure you hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required for entry to your destination and any transit countries. Voya is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or related costs caused by missing or invalid documentation.

5. Changes & Cancellations by You

Cancellation, refund, and change policies are governed by our Refund Policy and by the terms of the underlying travel suppliers. Most flight tickets are non‑refundable once issued.

6. Changes & Cancellations by Suppliers

Suppliers may modify itineraries, schedules, hotel assignments, or cancel services due to operational, weather, safety, or other factors outside our control. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or pursue refunds on your behalf, but Voya is not liable for losses arising from supplier changes.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage, and travel disruption. Travel insurance is not included in package prices unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voya Travel acts solely as an agent for the suppliers providing transportation, accommodation, and other services. Voya is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any supplier, by acts of government, weather, strikes, illness, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the service fees actually received by Voya for the affected booking.

9. Marketing Communications & Calls

By providing your phone number to Voya Travel, you consent to receive transactional and marketing calls and SMS messages from Voya and its authorized partners regarding your booking and related travel offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing privacy@voya.example. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software — is the property of Voya Travel or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
